Tuna Noodle Supreme

6 oz. uncooked noodles
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained & flaked
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
1/3 cup chopped red pepper
1/3 cup green onions, sliced


Heat oven to 350 F. Cook pasta; drain. In large bowl mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, milk and mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add hot pasta, Tuna, broccoli, red peppers and onion; stir to mix well. Put in 2 quart baking dish. Cover; bake 40 to 50 minutes until hot and bubbly. Can use light sour cream and mayonnaise, can also substitute chicken or turkey.
