Tuna Mold

3 (6 oz.) cans water packed Tuna, minced
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup stuffed olives, chopped
3 Tbsp. green onions (shallots), minced
2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups mayonnaise

Lightly grease or spray mold; mix Tuna, eggs, olives and onions. Soften gelatin in cold water 5 minutes. Dissolve in double boiler over hot water, adding mayonnaise gradually. Stir constantly until blended. Fold into Tuna mixture, turn into mold and chill until firm, about 12 hours or more.
