Tuna Pie

4 Tbsp. margarine
small chopped onion
4 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 cups boiling water
2 crushed chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup milk
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna fish
1 cup diced celery
3 hard cooked eggs


Cook onion and margarine together. Add flour and seasoning, stir until smooth. Add water, bouillon cubes and milk, stir until sauce boils. Add Tuna fish, celery and chopped eggs. Put in casserole. Cut out small baking powder biscuits, arrange on top. Bake in hot oven at 425 F until biscuits are done (15 minutes).
