Tuna Dip for Raw Vegetables

1 cup sour cream
1 3/4 oz. can Tuna fish (white chunks or Albacore)
1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg (hard-boiled, then separated (white & yellow parts chopped separately)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Good Seasons Zesty Italian dry salad mix

Mix all ingredients except yellow of egg. Use more or less of the ingredients according to taste and amount to be served. Place in dip dish and surround with raw vegetables. Sprinkle egg yolks and paprika on top for color.
