Tuna and Spaghetti

3 cloves garlic
3-4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can anchovies
1 can white Tuna in oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Chopped black olives
Chopped parsley
1 can chick peas
1/2 to 1 lb. spaghetti
Black pepper to taste
1 cup water


Mince garlic and saute in olive oil until light gold. Add anchovies and mash until dissolved. Add Tuna (flake) and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add onion and green pepper (finely chopped), black olives, chick peas and parsley. Simmer 15 minutes longer. Toss with cooked spaghetti.
