Tuna and Rice

3 cups cooked rice (equivalent to 1 cup raw rice, cooked with 1 tsp. salt in 2 1/2 cups boiling water, following box instructions)
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna fish, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper, optional
1/4 cup chopped parsley, optional


Combine rice, Tuna fish, onion, salad oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
