Tuna Cutlets

1 cup milk
4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups bread crumbs (not dried)
1 small can Tuna

Cook like white sauce until it is thick and comes away from the pan (like cream puff batter). Drop onto waxed paper on cookie sheet and make 6-8 patties. Cool in refrigerate.

Just before the meal dip each patty in beaten egg, then dried crumbs and fry until golden brown.

Serves 4-6
