Tuna Croquettes

2 regular size cans of Tuna (water packed)
1 egg
1/2 cup flour

Drain water from Tuna; empty Tuna into mixing bowl. Beat in egg. Add 1/2 cup flour or until mixture is stiff and firm. Form into flat patties. Spray frying pan with Pam. Fry patties until brown on both sides.

*Much cheaper than Salmon, yet tastes the same.
