Tuna Bunwiches

1 can Tuna (6 1/2 oz.), drained, flaked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup shredded carrot
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
1 tsp. minced onion
1 package refrigerated biscuits
1 egg, beaten


Mix together first 6 ingredients. Separate biscuits. On floured surface roll into 5x3 inch ovals. Spoon Tuna mixture onto 4 ovals. Top with 4 ovals. Moisten between edges, seal by pressing with fork.


Cut desired shapes from remaining ovals. Place on top, brush surface with egg. On ungreased baking sheet bake in 375 degree oven 15 minutes or until browned.
