Tuna Bunwhiches

1 can Tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup shredded carrot
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
1 tsp. minced onion
1 package (10) refrigerated biscuits
1 egg, beaten

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Separate biscuits. On floured surface, roll into 5 x 3 inch ovals. Spoon Tuna mixture onto 4 ovals. Top with 4 ovals. Moisten between edges, seal by pressing with fork. Cut desired shapes from remaining ovals. Place on top; brush surface with egg. On ungreased baking sheet, bake in 375 degree oven 15 minutes or until browned.
