Tuna Bunwiches

1 (6 oz.) Tuna, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup shredded carrot
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
1 tsp. minced onion
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Mix together the first 6 ingredients. On a floured surface, roll biscuits into 3x5-inch ovals. Spoon Tuna mixture onto ovals and fold in half. Moisten edges with milk and press edges with fork.

Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 4 or 5
