Tuna Baked Biscuits

1 (7 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
1 small carrot, grated
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
1 (10 count) package refrigerated biscuits


Mix first 5 ingredients; separate biscuits. On a lightly floured surface, roll them into the shape of a flat pancake. Spoon Tuna salad onto 5 of the circles. Top with remaining circles.


Seal by pressing around edges with fork. Put on ungreased baking sheet at 375 F for 15 minutes. These can be served warm or cold from the refrigerator.
