Tuna Baked

2 Tbsp. butter
3 tsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 well beaten egg yolks
Beaten egg whites (2)
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna (drained)

Melt butter, add flour and blend gradually. Add milk. Cook on low heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add small amount of hot sauce to egg yolks. Stir in remaining sauce. Stir in cheese and Tuna in egg whites. Bake in greased casserole. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
