Tuna Bake Italiano

2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna, drained & flaked
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. mixed Italian seasoning
1 envelope or tsp. instant chicken broth
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (4 oz.) package Mozzarella cheese, sliced


Combine macaroni, Tuna, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a medium size bowl.


In a 1 cup measure, combine instant chicken broth and boiling water; stir into Tuna mixture.


Spoon mixture into a 6 cup baking dish. Top with slices of Mozzarella cheese.


Bake in a moderate oven, 350 F, 30 minutes or until bubbly hot and cheese is melted.


Makes 6 servings
