Tuna Bake

1 can cream of celery soup
3 eggs, beaten
1 can Tuna, drained
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
1/3 cup hot water
1 cup shredded cheese


In bowl mix soup, eggs, Tuna and pimiento. Mix biscuit mix in hot water. Knead dough until smooth, press into bottom and sides of greased 10"x6" baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on dough. Add Tuna mixture; top with remaining cheese. Garnish with pimiento and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
