Tuna and Rice Dinner

6 1/2 oz. can of Tuna, drained (can use 2 cans)
1/2 to 1 cup rice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 large celery stalk, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 small garlic clove, diced
16 oz. can stewed tomato with juice
1/2 cup to 1 cup water
1 tsp. brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare rice as on box. In skillet melt butter add celery, onion, garlic, cook until tender, remove garlic. Preheat oven 350 F. Combine all ingredients in 10 inch baking dish or 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until liquid absorbed.
