Tuna and Rice Delight

2 Tbsp. butter
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna fish, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
2 cups cooked cut carrots
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 drops Tabasco sauce
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups Minute Rice


Melt butter in skillet. Add Tuna, onion, chives and cook and stir for 3 minutes. Stir in soup, water, carrots, seasonings and Minute Rice right from the box. Cover skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.


Serves 4 to 6
