Tuna and Rice

1 tsp. salt
2 cups rice (long grain)
4 cups water
1 (12 oz.) can Tuna (Star Kist water pack is best)
1 large family size can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk

Two saucepans will be needed.

Cook rice according to directions on package. Bring water to boil and add rice, boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn heat to simmer, cover with lid and set aside.

In separate saucepan, combine can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 cup milk and simmer, then drain water off Tuna and add Tuna to soup mixture. Increase heat to medium. When thoroughly heated, place rice on dinner plate and cover with Tuna sauce.
