Tuna and Noodles

2 (6 oz.) cans Tuna, water packed
6 oz. wide egg noodles
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups small fresh broccoli florets
1/3 cup red peppers (opt.)
1/4 cup green onion (opt.)


Cook pasta; drain. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all other ingredients and place in 2 quart baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes.


Serves 6
