Tuna and Cheese Wrap Ups

1 can (7 oz.) Tuna
1 jar pimento cheese spread
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Drain oil from Tuna and flake with a fork. Combine with cheese spread, green pepper, onion, chopped olives, nuts, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Blend thoroughly.

Spread mixture on hamburger buns, wrap individually in foil. Or can use with hot dog buns instead. These can be kept in refrigerator if being used right away, or frozen until needed. Heat in moderate oven until good and warm. Take care not to burn!
