Tuna and Cheese Biscuit Roll

1 large or 2 small cans Tuna
1/4 lb. cheese


Sauce:
2 cups milk
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)


Biscuit:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 or 4 Tbsp. Crisco
3 tsp. baking soda


Make the sauce over low heat. Add Tuna and cheese. Set aside.


Mix up biscuits. Roll out a portion of the biscuit mix and put about 1 cup of Tuna mixture in. Roll up and pinch together ends. Repeat for rest. Bake at 350 F until done.
