Tuna Aloha

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup medium white sauce
1 small onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups white rice (cooked)
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
14 oz. can of canned Tuna
10 slices pineapple (one 15 oz. can)

Serves 4 to 5.

Heat oven to 350 F. Place pineapple slices on cookie sheet. Reserve bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese for later. Mix together remaining ingredients until well mixed. Use ice cream scoop and place 1 scoop of mixture on each pineapple slice. Top each with reserved cheese and bread crumbs. Cook 20 to 25 minutes.

White Sauce:

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
