Tomato Tuna Cups

1 (6 1/2-7 oz.) can Tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2-1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
6 tomatoes


Lightly toss together all ingredients, except tomatoes. With stem end down, cut each tomato into 6 wedges. Cutting to but not through base of tomato. Spread wedges apart slightly. Sprinkle with salt. Fill each tomato with Tuna mixture. Place in lettuce cups.


Makes 6 servings. For appetizers use Tuna recipe for stuffing 36 small (50 cent size) tomatoes.
