Tomato and Dill Tuna Loaf

2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans chunk light Tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
3/4 cup seeded, chopped tomato
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 cup (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese


Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients, except cheese; mix well. Pat into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or cold with lemon wedges, if desired.
