Tangy Tuna Macaroni

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup (7 oz.) Tuna fish
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 small onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


Combine macaroni, Tuna fish, tomato sauce, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole.


Toss bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle around border of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. To reduce sodium substitute unsalted Tuna, no salt cottage cheese, no salt tomato sauce, low sodium or plain bread crumbs and unsalted margarine.
