Tuna Thermidor

1 small can mushroom pcs.
1 quart (4 cups) thick white sauce
2 egg yolks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 mashed clove garlic
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 jigger sherry
5 cans white chunk Tuna fish
Buttered bread crumbs
Toasted almonds
Season to taste


Combine first 7 ingredients. Fold in Tuna fish. Spoon into baking shells and cover completely with buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and bake at 325 F for 20 minutes. NOTE: May substitute Lobster, Crab Meat or Imitation Crab Meat for the Tuna.
