Shredded Wheat Tuna Boats

4 shredded wheat biscuits
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 (6 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese


Set oven at 350 F. Dip biscuits in water. Drain immediately and place on greased baking sheet. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine; add Worcestershire sauce; stir. Brush tops of biscuits with mixture. Bake 10 minutes. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons margarine, add flour, gradually add milk, and cook (stirring constantly) until sauce is smooth and thick. Add Tuna to sauce; add seasoning. Stir; spoon creamed Tuna on top of shredded wheat biscuits. Sprinkle grated cheese over top of each. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
