Seafood Hot Dish

8 slices bread, crusts removed
1 or 2 cans Tuna
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cups milk
1 cup diced celery
4 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup


Line baking dish (9 x 13 inch) with 4 slices bread (cut in cubes). Put half of Tuna, celery, and onion on bread. Then put another layer of bread and then Tuna mixture. Mix eggs, milk, and mayonnaise; pour over all. Refrigerate overnight.


To bake: Place in oven for 15 minutes. Take out and pour mushroom soup diluted with a little milk over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Bake in slow oven (325 F).
