Scalloped Tuna

2 (7 oz.) can Tuna
1 1/2 cups coarse cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup melted butter or oleo
2 eggs, slightly beaten


Roll out cracker crumbs with a rolling pin. Add Tuna and chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and mix with melted butter and beaten eggs. Pour into buttered casserole and top with bits of butter. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
