Rice with Tuna

1 (16 oz.) can of tomatoes
1 medium sized onion, coarsely chopped
2 minced garlic
1 cubed green pepper
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. powder paprika
1 can (12 oz.) spring water Tuna
Vegetable oil
*Prepare your own white sauce


Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and add all ingredients except powdered paprika, tomato paste and Tuna, cook until tender.


With the white sauce in a bowl, mix in the cooked ingredients and then add the powdered paprika, tomato paste, and the drained Tuna, add a pinch of nutmeg on top. Serve in a ring of cooked rice and with a large bowl of mixed salad.
