Tuna Loaf

1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1 tsp. instant onion
1/4 cup uncooked Cream of Wheat
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup can peas
Dash of pepper

Add milk, egg, onion and Cream of Wheat. Let stand while mixing together Tuna, lemon juice, salt, pepper and peas. Combine with Cream of Wheat mixture and pour into greased loaf pan. Top with crushed cracker crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. Serve plain or with a cream soup sauce.

Serves 4-5
