Tuna Loaf

3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup American cheese, diced
4 Tbsp. butter or oleo


When cheese melts, remove from heat.


Mix in:


1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 small can Tuna fish
3 Tbsp. family chopped onion


Mix in:


Pinch pepper
Pinch salt


Fold in:


2 lightly beaten eggs
2 cups cooked and drained elbow macaroni*


*(3/4 cup dry macaroni equals 2 cups cooked). Bake in a 350 degree oven in greased Pyrex or metal loaf pan until brown, approximately 1 hour.
