Tuna Lasagna Slim and Trim

1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans water packed Tuna
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese or sliced Swiss
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook noodles according to directions. Saute onions in butter, add Tuna, soup, milk and seasonings. Alternate noodles, Tuna, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella. End with Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 9 x 13 pan.
