Tuna Lasagna

1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine tomatoes and liquid, tomato paste, oregano, sugar and garlic in a 2 quart heavy saucepan. Simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Tuna; set aside.

Meanwhile, cook lasagna. Place half of noodles in sprayed 2 quart baking dish. Cover with third of Tuna sauce, half cottage cheese and the Mozzarella. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
