Tuna Hot Dish

1 can Tuna (rinse off oil)
1 scant cup raw rice
No seasoning
Cream of mushroom soup
4 hard-boiled eggs (could use less)
Green pepper
Pimento


Cook rice; put in bottom of baking dish. Flake Tuna and put on rice. Layer on 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, some green pepper, pimento, Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced.


Then put on a layer of white sauce. Make this with 2 cups milk and thickening. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup to white sauce before putting over the above. Bake at 325 F for about 30 minutes.
