Tuna Casserole

2 cans (7 oz.) Tuna fish
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
4 hard cooked eggs (chopped)
2 small green peppers cut in slivers
Pinch of basil


Arrange Tuna on bottom of a greased baking dish. Add 3/4 cup of cheese to celery soup mixture. Heat and blend. Stir until cheese melts. Add chopped eggs, green pepper and basil. Pour on top of Tuna fish.


Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
