Low Calorie Tuna Casserole

2 cups cooked macaroni
2 cans Tuna, drained
8 tsp. light margarine
4 oz. grated cheese (American, Long Horn, etc.)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped pepper
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 oz. bread crumbs (optional)


Mix macaroni, Tuna, and cheese in a bowl. Mix and cook margarine, onions, and peppers for 2 minutes. Add to mixture in bowl. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Pour in all ingredients. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.


Makes 4 servings
