Tuna Cashew Casserole

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can solid pack Tuna
1 can undiluted cream mushroom soup
1 cup diced celery
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 can fried Chinese noodles
4 oz. cashew nuts


In a bowl, mix Tuna, soup, celery, mushrooms, onion, soy sauce, and water. Place 1/2 can noodles on bottom of greased 2-quart casserole. Add Tuna mixture and add remaining noodles. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
