Tuna Burgers

1 can Tuna (water packed)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced celery
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. basil flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 toasted hamburger buns


Drain and flake Tuna into small pieces. Beat egg whites slightly. Mix together the first 8 ingredients and shape into 4 patties. Fry in pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Serve hot on toasted buns. Top with non fat yogurt if desired.


Yield: 4 servings
