Jambalaya

1 package (8 oz.) chicken flavor Rice a Roni
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 3/4 cups hot water
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green pepper
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 can (6 oz.) Tuna or Shrimp


Lightly brown rice vermicelli mixture in butter. Stir in water an contents of flavor packet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.


Makes 6 servings
