Antipasto

Olive oil
2 medium onions
4 medium green peppers
1 jar or can sliced carrots
1/2-3/4 small bottle ketchup
1 small can tomato sauce
2-3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 jar sliced sweet pickles (gherkins)
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 small jar cut-up pimento
3 cans white chunk Tuna
Garbanzo beans, optional (add a nice touch)


Slice onions and green peppers and saute in olive oil to soften. Add rest of ingredients. Chill. Serve with wedges of pita bread.
