Creamed Tuna

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 small can evaporated milk (add water to make 1 cup)
2 diced hard cooked eggs
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna (drained and flaked)
Lemon juice

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in flour. Slowly add milk, stirring to remove lumps. Cook until thick. Add eggs and Tuna. Heat thoroughly. Add lemon juice to suit taste. Serve hot on toast and sprinkle with paprika. (You may add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and another can of Tuna for more servings.)
