Mexican Tuna Pie

2 medium cooked potatoes, mashed
10 olives, finely chopped
8 smashed capers
2 medium fresh tomatoes, seared
red salsa per your taste
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans Tuna with juice, water packed

In bowl, mix potatoes with chopped olives and capers. Finely chop the peeled seared tomatoes and add to mixture with the remaining ingredients.

Put ingredients in a double pie crust and bake at 375 F for 50-55 minutes or until crust is done.
