Tuna Au Gratin

1 (9 oz.) can Tuna
1/2 cup cottage cheese
5 slices bread, crumbled
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese


Combine Tuna, cottage cheese, half of the bread crumbs, and spread in bottom of shallow baking dish. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine. Blend in flour and paprika. Cook until thick. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Pour over Tuna mixture. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
