Canned Tuna with Peas

2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
2 cups peas
2 medium cans Tuna fish
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano


Heat oil in pan, add onion and parsley and brown. Add tomato sauce, peas and enough water to cover and cook 10 minutes or until peas are tender. Add Tuna to mixture and cook 5 minutes over low flame. Add pepper, salt and oregano. Cook 5 minutes longer and serve.


Serves 4
