Tuna Burgers

2 small cans Tuna
3/4 cup whole wheat saltine cracker crumbs (about 20 crackers)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large egg
Bottles of tartar sauce
1 Tbsp. salad oil
4 large sandwich buns
Lettuce
2 small tomatoes


Drain Tuna. Mix Tuna, cracker crumbs, pepper and egg and 1/3 cup tartar sauce. Shape into patties. Heat oil. Fry patties. Put lettuce on buns. Top with patties. Spread 1 tablespoon tartar sauce on each patty. Top with slice of tomato.
