Tuna Chowder

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn, undrained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, well drained
1/2 cup water
4 oz. processed American cheese, cubed (about 1 cup)
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Dash pepper
5 drops liquid hot pepper sauce


Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until cheese melts. Do not boil.


Makes 6 cups
