Tuna Cashew Casserole

1 (4 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 large can Tuna fish, drained
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
Salt & pepper to taste


Heat oven to 325 F. Save 1/2 cup noodles. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining noodles on top. Bake for 25 minutes. This is easy and takes less than 10 minutes to make.


Serves 4
