Tuna Loaf

1 lb. Tuna
2 cups bread crumbs, soft
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 cup tomato juice
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
2 eggs, well beaten


Separate Tuna pieces by flaking with a fork; add bread crumbs, melted butter, tomato juice, chopped onions, paprika, salt, parsley and eggs to Tuna. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
