Cheese and Tuna Casserole

1/4 cup butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 can Tuna fish
5 slices cheese
1 cup peas


Cook and drain macaroni. Make white sauce with butter and flour, then add 4 slices of cheese and stir until melted. Add milk to make creamy sauce. Add Tuna and peas, stir well. Mix macaroni and sauce together. Put in casserole dish. Put 1 slice of cheese on top. Cook at 350 F for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
